- Great news! We now have another treatment that is available for our patients with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). The FDA approved Vorinostat (Zolinza) on 10/7/06 for treatment of cutaneous manifestations in patients with CTCL who have progressive, persistent, or recurrent disease on or following 2 systemic therapies. Vorinostat is a histone deacetylase inhibitor that is available as an oral agent and has shown response in patients with CTCL. Please contact your physician to discuss if you are a good candidate for this new therapy.
